Quality Control department are covering
all required tests according to technical and
agreed specification which have been given
by using international standard (DIN ASTM) . The major tester (non
destructive test destructive test) .

Chemical test to detect the percentage of elements exist in the product
by using the spectrometer.

Surface defect tests by ultra-sound instrument to detect the surface cracks and
defects and depth of cracks .

Internal defect tests by ultra-sound to detect the cracks, porosity,lamination
for the product of our company ,in addition the possibility to test default
welding process .

X-Ray test for welding process up 0 to 70mm depth to evaluation the welding
zone .

Hardness testing for all parts that have been undergone heat treatment by
portable hardness tester .

Coating thickness test by elco-meter instrument .

Visual test & Die pen trait test.

Tensial strength test up 200 KN by anew and calibrated instrument .

Impact test (charpy & Izod methods).

Microscopic test to decide (Micro-structure and grain size) .
