Projects <<<<
Besides the working factories of the company, there
are five important projects belongs to our company:

Horizontal continuous casting:
-
The project capacity is(150000 ton/year) of billets Ø (100 top 260) mm, length
(6 to 12) m, for different steel grades according to international standards.

The project consists of two electrical arc furnace (capacity 45 ton for
each),casting machine (with drill), cutting machine cooling bad.

Rolling mill project:
-
The project capacity is (250000 ton/year).
-
This project will receive the products from horizontal continuous casting
project and make rolling to dimension between Ø (14 to 170) mm and sections
(Hex , Square) according to international standards.

Rotary forging project:
-
The project capacity is (30000 ton/year).
-
The products are sold hollow bars,rectangular section of different kinds of
steel,used in oil industry (drilling pipes,high pressure tubes, hydraulic
cylinders, thick walled tubes to serve other product like gun barrels up to
(210 mm cal.) .. etc.).
-
It is necessary to provide funds for shipping erection of the equipment.
