Closed die forging plant:

This factory consists of six main mechanical forging presses (800, 1000 ,
2500 , 4000 , 6300 and 8000 ) tons,
with complete necessary equipments ( heating furnaces,
conveyors, manipulator, heat treatment furnaces & shoot blast, rolling
….etc).

The products of this factory are from steel alloys and non-ferrous metals such
as :

Automotive industry parts (crank shafts, connecting rods, rocker arms
& cam shafts …etc.).

Agricultural machines industry.

Oil industry such as ( flanges from 0.5" up to 8", X
mas tree parts & valves bodies.etc.).
-
Other industrial parts like (heavy duty specials bolts, nuts, studs
, levers… etc. ). Which can be used
in cement, nutrients & railways. …etc.).
-
The production capacity is up to (600000 forging/year).
-
Forged parts weight from (0.1-120) kg.

Over head cranes and lighting poles plant:

The products of this plant as following :
-
Overhead cranes (capacity from 5 to 50 ton).

Welded plate girders.
-
Modern lighting poles.
-
Other steel structures.
-
The production capacity is up to (60 crane/year) & (10000 lighting poles)
